Refund policy

At KitchenAid India Partner Nine Projects, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

Return Policy : -

Returns on Delivered Products:
1. Once an order is delivered, it can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from delivery with a valid reason.

2. In case of any product defects  it shall be replaced if intimated within 7 days from delivery.

3. In case customer want a exchange of products the same can be done with an equivalent amount of other available Kitchenaid products.

4. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the order. In case of refunds please write a mail to info@kitchenaidcentre.com and the same shall be initiated within 7 working days.

 

Replacement for Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we offer a replacement. Unboxing Video Required: To request a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video. Please note we need to be notified about the issue within 4 days from the time of delivery.

 

 Repair Services for Issues After Delivery:
For any product issues that arise after delivery, repairs can be arranged through our Authorised service Centres across the country. These Centres will handle repairs under the manufacturer's warranty for eligible defects in material and workmanship.

 

Non-Eligible Items for Replacement:
Accessories ,spare parts, tools and gadgets are not eligible for replacement or return unless they are found to be defective and covered under the warranty.

 Final Sale and Clearance Items:
Products purchased during final sale, clearance, or special promotions are not eligible for replacement or return, except in cases of manufacturing defects, which can be addressed through our Authorised service centres.

 Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in the processing stage and have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 Warranty Claims:
Warranty coverage is available for manufacturing defects. Please refer to the warranty details provided with your product for more information on coverage and repair services via toll free number 1800 419 0790
